SHUP Sharon Hill

Sharon has been creating pottery for around 10 years and loves the tactile nature of handmade pottery. She has her own studio and workshop space, with a kiln.

She specialises in handmade tableware and vases. Using stoneware clay, she uses pinching, coiling and slabwork methods in her pottery. Colourwise, she takes inspiration from the surrounding landscape using earthy blues, greens, greys and whites in her work, with the occasional pop of yellow and black.

She sells her pieces day-to-day in her shop at St Leonards Vineyard Cottages and occasionally at local markets under the SHUP brand – Sharon Hill Unique Pottery. She can be contacted for commissions.
