Fashion Your Way - See More in Every Outfit

Marlborough residents are being invited to rethink the way they dress, shop and value their clothing through a new four-part sustainable style workshop series being launched by The Blue Door this October.

Fashion Your Way – Seeing Possibilities will be hosted by The Blue Door and supported by Space Create, a Marlborough District Council initiative.

The series will be led by local fashion designer Tess Landon-Lane, who is passionate about sustainability and encouraging a more thoughtful approach to clothing.

Running over four Tuesday evenings from 6 October, the workshops will explore how colour, fit, styling, simple alterations and smarter purchasing choices can transform both wardrobes and confidence—without the need to constantly buy something new.

The series is open to all, including younger people interested in fashion, individuality, second-hand clothing and sustainability. No sewing experience is required.

Four workshops, four ways to see your wardrobe differently

Tuesday 13 October – See More in Every Outfit Create multiple looks from the clothes you own with layering, accessorising and smart styling.

Each three-hour evening will combine practical demonstrations, interactive activities, styling challenges and opportunities for participants to experiment with clothing.

The workshops will take place inside The Blue Door in Blenheim, creating a unique opportunity to work with real second-hand garments and see first-hand the possibilities that exist within pre-loved clothing.
